We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.We offer beginner-friendly Mahjong 101 classes, private in-home lessons, open play events, themed pop-up experiences at local businesses, and private events for birthdays, bridal showers, corporate teams, country clubs, and more. We're also excited to launch our Lucky Pair Fall League soon for players looking to continue building their skills and community.
What is your refund policy?

We know plans can change! Here’s how cancellations and refunds work for Lucky Pair events:
Cancellations 7+ days before an event:
You may request a full refund, less any non-refundable fees associated with the booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours of an event:
No refunds will be issued. However, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or another guest. Please notify us of any name changes.
No-shows:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for no-shows.
Event cancellations by Lucky Pair:
If Lucky Pair needs to cancel or reschedule an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
By purchasing a ticket or registering for a Lucky Pair event, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
